Jackie and Kammi were our real estate agents when my husband and I were ready to move from North Carolina to Saint George. We had done a lot of research and decided Utah was the ideal place for us to continue our retirement fun and be closer to our sons in California. They quickly intuited what we liked and found us a lovely home in Entrada.
When my husband passed away three years later, Jackie and Kammi were there for me. I had to sell our home in order to move to Palm Springs. They set everything up; found a stager, made phone calls, found a great photographer, arranged for contractors to come in and make repairs, and listed my home. Kammi and her boyfriend even helped me move boxes and furniture into storage! They literally did everything.
We accepted an offer from what turned out to be the most difficult buyer of all time. It was an awful back-and-forth time consuming negotiation with stubborn, selfish people who didn’t seem to understand contracts. But Jackie and Kammi saw it through. Their support, love and optimism essentially saved me from a nervous breakdown during that very difficult time. They actually forfeited part of their commissions to pull the deal over the finish line!

The Ruden team did such a fantastic job when it came time to sell our house. Last fall when we decided we were going to sell, I didn’t hesitate to call them, since we had used them in the past. I called up the Ruden team and they put a plan together for us. What I really like about this Realty company was their professionalism. We were in a bit of a hurry and they moved right along getting everything to work right. The paperwork, the photographer, (who by the way did a fantastic job), the showings, everything went super smooth. In fairness, we had a nice house to sell but within 5 minutes of the Ruden team putting our home on the MLS, we already had a showing, which resulted in a cash offer.
