Campus Expectations
Safety for students and staff is a priority at Bloomington Hills Elementary School. For this reason, students are not allowed to leave school grounds without being checked out by their parent. Parents must check students out at the school’s office. An exception to this rule is if a student wishes to walk home for lunch and lives close enough to do so. In this case, the parent must file a written request to the school’s office. All visitors to the school must check-in at the office before going any further into the school.
Students are expected to be in class on time and be ready for instruction. For this reason, tardiness is discouraged. Students who are late for class visit the school’s office to check in before going to their classroom.
