The average sale price for homes in St George Utah during July 2019 was $332,568; this is up slightly from last July’s average of $332,322.
There are approximately 3.4 months of inventory available, homes are averaging 55 days on market before being sold, and sellers are getting 97% of their original asking price.
Breaking down the number of homes sold during July 2019, 95 were in the $200-249,000 price range, compared to 68 during July 2018.
There were 72 homes sold in the $250-299,000 price range, down from 83 one year ago.
There were 70 homes sold in the $300-349,00 price range, 68 were sold during this time last year.
The $150-199,000 price range had 52 homes sold, the same number as of July 2018.
Pending listings for July 2019 are up 32.1% compared to this time last year. The $200-249,000 price range had the highest number of pending sales with 83, up from 60 a year ago. The next highest was the $250-299,000 price range with 78 pending sales, up from 71 in July 2018.
There were 648 new listings to hit the market in St George Utah during July 2019, 133 of these were in the $250-299,000 price range, up from 70 during July 2018.
There were 89 new listings in the $300-349,000 price range, up from 72 a year ago, and there were 79 in the $200-249,000 price range, down by only one compared to July 2018.
The fourth highest number of new listings is in the $500-749,000 price range, up significantly from 48 in July 2018.
